They\u2019re now asking for unreasonable amounts of identification, and even worse, they won\u2019t let me withdraw the deposit I originally played with. Truly an &#8220;ethical&#8221; company with impeccable morals.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"404\" data-end=\"450\">Here\u2019s the list of documents they requested:<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"949\">\n<li data-section-id=\"1gf1yz4\" data-start=\"451\" data-end=\"533\"><strong data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"474\">Proof of identity<\/strong> (fair enough, but why only when I request a withdrawal?)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1qvc31m\" data-start=\"534\" data-end=\"640\"><strong data-start=\"536\" data-end=\"594\">A handwritten note with my username and account number<\/strong> (this doesn\u2019t even seem like legitimate ID)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"pjh81\" data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"692\"><strong data-start=\"643\" data-end=\"663\">Proof of address<\/strong> (slightly more reasonable)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"1gwwmzq\" data-start=\"693\" data-end=\"781\"><strong data-start=\"695\" data-end=\"749\">Full transaction history for the past three months<\/strong> (how is that even necessary?)<\/li>\n<li data-section-id=\"6nhzwt\" data-start=\"782\" data-end=\"949\"><strong data-start=\"784\" data-end=\"824\">Proof of ownership of payment method<\/strong>: They asked for a screenshot of my online banking. However, I don\u2019t have online banking linked to the card I deposited with.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"951\" data-end=\"1247\">I understand why they might request proof of payment ownership, but this request is unreasonable given my payment method. I filed a complaint with them, outlined my concerns, referenced the UK Gambling Commission, and highlighted how they\u2019re violating rules, but they didn\u2019t seem to care at all.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1249\" data-end=\"1472\">I\u2019m not sure if complaining to the Commission will help, but at this point, it might be worth trying.
