Withdrawal Issues with PlayOJO

I’m experiencing serious withdrawal problems with PlayOJO. I submitted my withdrawal request via wire transfer as usual, but a few days later, I received an email saying they couldn’t process it because my bank details were incorrect. However, these are the same details I’ve always used, and I haven’t made any changes.

I reached out to customer support, and they asked me to resend my bank details, which I did the same day. They confirmed by email that they received my details and assured me that my withdrawal would be escalated.

Yet, this morning, I received another email from support stating they still haven’t received my bank details! This is becoming incredibly frustrating, and I can’t seem to get any clear answers from their support team.

Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated 🙏🏽
