Help Needed: Self-Exclusion and Account Issues with Casimba

Hi,

I’m hoping to get some advice or help. I’ve self-excluded from all the online casinos I can think of, but due to poor judgment and emotions running high, I managed to open an account with Casimba and ended up losing a significant amount.

I’ve also self-excluded from several other casinos affiliated with Casimba, like 21Casino and SpinStation.

I’ve emailed Casimba to ask why I was able to open an account and gamble when I should have been blocked, given my self-exclusion status.

I’m wondering if I’m wasting my time, or if there’s a chance I might get my deposits returned? Any insights or suggestions would be really appreciated.
